Dr. Siva Rama Dattatreya Velaga (also known as "Dattu Sir") is working as Managing Principal / Director at Sri Ramanuja Junior College and has got blessed opportunity to work with mid-teens.
With just two years of experience (until Jan 2024), he has already made a remarkable impression among many.
Before taking up his current role, Dattu sir has been a seasoned professional with 22+ years of industry experience, primarily focusing on Manufacturing sector. He was then famously known as
"Siva Velaga" among his colleagues. He was meticulous in planning and delivering many crucial and critical deals covering Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
He has worked on many enterprise transformation programmes in large organisations around the world.Travelled extensively to Far East, Middle East, continental Europe, North America
on various roles and gained experience of working with teams from 25 different countries.
Siva Velaga has spent 9 years as part of Leadership managing very large transformation programs with maximum team sizes of 1000+, spreading across various countries globally.
Siva sir has significant experience and leadership with ERP led large-scale complex programmes of change. His specialties include Mergers & Acquisitions,
Enterprise Transformation, Process Improvement, Global Delivery, IT Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Organisational Change Management, Contract Management,
Dispute Resolution and management of ERP programmes. Clients he worked with are into retail, banking, alcoholic beverages, global adhesive tape manufacturing, healthcare, pharma,
tobacco manufacturing, petroleum, energy, utility, electronics, defense, and telecommunications.
Due to his vast industry experience, Dattu sir is exposed to many professionals working in various fields at different capacities. This exposure is helping
him in guiding students in a very unique way. Students gel with him very well and have benefitted from his guidance.

Sri Venu Madhav is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB-Hyderabad), Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-Ahmedabad), the University of Greenwich, UK. A self-made entrepreneur, is into defence manufacturing, healthcare, PPP, IT strategies and implementation, business consulting and Education. He works in the capacity of a Promoter, Business Partner & Director (Strategy) in all the initiatives he is involved with and is known in the market place for strategies and as a differentiator.
Venu Madhav delivered programs and implemented large-scale transformational programs and has direct work-experience with various ministries and departments in India, UK, Continental Europe, Singapore and Indonesia and with multilateral agencies such as the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Department for International Development (DFID).
Venu Madhav is having the passion to develop a temple for learning in pre-engineering and pre-medical domain and Sri Ramanuja Vidya Mandir is conceived to deliver quality education, quality care and best values to the young aspirants.
The above esteemed driving force has produced 1000s of ranks which helped student community to enter into many prestigious educational institutions like IITs, NITs, NISER, IISERs, AIIMS, JIPMER, Andhra Medical College, etc. The combination of this highly experienced faculty has reached its peak at Sri Ramanuja Vidya Mandir where strength is limited to maximum of 30 students per section / classroom.
