SRI RAMANUJA VIDYA MANDIR aims to enable system to manage their operation and resources in an effective and accountable manner so as to raise the standards of learning and teaching and thus improve the student learning outcomes. Hence, we facilitate necessary resources, autonomy and flexibilities for students and staff so that they can respond proactively to the needs of the aspirants and the society in the delivery of educational services.

  • Sri Ramanuja Vidya Mandir operates within a framework of policies, standards and accountability.
  • Our system is student-centred and quality-focused framework for student management.
  • We develop a system which is more accountable for their performance and more transparent in their operation.
  • Development of formal procedures for setting goals and evaluating progress towards realising our vision and mission.
  • Preparation of a written constitution for the Management Committee.
  • The objective is that the institute will develop a management framework for building a shared vision among all members of the college community, and strengthening our        commitment with students and parents through participatory decision-making. The parents can contribute their views and expertise for the betterment of the student        community.
  • Every human resource at Sri Ramanuja acts with good faith and commitment and shall participate actively in the discussion and make decisions in an impartial manner        for the best interests of students and institute development.
  • We envisage that Sri Ramanuja will be professional learning hub with continuous improvement through more systematic planning, execution and self-evaluation        processes.
  • We conduct periodic audits and report on their own performance through self-evaluation processes through performance indicators and assessment tools.
